I just had something like this for the first time and am also confused. Very wet, satiny discharge, then stretchy (mostly) clear EWCM but I also had very light spotting. It is very unusual for me and I thought it could have to do with ovulation but I haven’t found a peak LH yet either. Also felt very energetic and upbeat (unusually so) like I normally get around ovulation. I’ve been googling a bunch and apparently ovulation spotting is very uncommon. So weird! Fingers crossed yours is implantation bleeding!

So for the last 3 days I’ve had blood in my cm, not all day and not a bunch, the first day I had ewcm with a streak of brown blood, tiny amount and just one wipe worth for the rest of the day, second day I had ewcm with a streak of pink blood also just one wipe and it stopped for the day, this today I just wiped and there was creamy cm with a pink tinge, no streaks no ewcm just light pink colored. My cycles are around 30-32 days and I’m on cd 17 atm and have been getting super faint lines on easy@home. Could this be implantation bleeding? Picture below is first days cm
