Water meaning at 39 Weeks no Contractions

Any moms water start leaking but they didn’t have any contractions? This is my first. My water started leaking at 12:00pm but I haven’t had an contractions. We are headed to the doctor in about an hour and a half. Waiting for my step son to get picked up. But don’t know what to expect and kinda frustrated just at home not knowing what’s going on or what to expect.
