Tender sensation

Hi mamas!

13 weeks preg w baby number 2. So far general symptoms like nausea and tired oh and headaches, had them w my first. But this weird sensation I get in my mid right abdomen is new. It’s certain moves or even if I touch it in the right spot it makes me jump. It’s not painful it’s odd like I’m touching something I should be able to. I wonder if anyone has experienced this. It’s so bazar and I’m a bit nervous!
