Upper abdominal pain that comes and goes? Terrified of another miscarriage.

I'm 5 weeks today and also have a lot of cramping on and off, it's been happening a little over a week now, but hcg indicates normal pregnancy so far. Also have a history of miscarriage and ectopic. Cramping is normal in pregnancy so praying its nothing concerning! 🥰

Yes. I feel the same. I’ve had two loses a few years ago. I’m 4+3 today just got a positive this morning when i was tired of waiting for my period and have super tender and swollen breasts. Some slight cramping and twinges every now and again. Terrified of another miscarriage. Not putting any hope in this pregnancy yet. 🙁

I have had quite a bit of upper abdominal pain and i usually just think it’s probably gas.

My upper abdominal pain is usually constipation or gas pain.
