4-weeks Pregnant Symptoms?

Just got over the flu/cold but started to get nauseous all of the sudden and I feel it won’t go away. Is this nausea my whole 1st trimester?!?!

Depends on what you’re doing. I’ve been learning it’s a balance of ONLY EATING WHAT OR WHEN I FEEL (not making myself eat bc “i need to”) and making sure my blood sugar stays in control. Also ice and frozen things can numb the back of your throat and make you feel less gaggy. 
I also have a theory that the nausea is increased by anxiety so I keep telling myself something I have read studies about and it helps: “Morning sickness and nausea are not required.” (There are studies that show that ancient civilizations hardly ever experienced nausea/morning sickness or that it was at least rare. There are current studies that show that it can be a sign that your body is producing good amounts of hormones 👍 but it is not a requirement to feel those things. Mind games are real in pregnancy. 🧠)

I didn’t have nausea, but it’s a very common symptom first trimester that yes, can last through 13 weeks. Ginger ale/ginger candies can help and having very light meals
