Can being sick delay ovulation?

I’ve been TTC for 14 months. I have pcos but i ovulate on CD 18/19. I still haven’t ovulated this month and it’s CD 25. Very odd for me. No signs of ovulation. I was sick last week with a minor cold. Can that delay ovulation?
