Can sperm affect a pregnancy test

I did a pregnancy test this morning and it came up eith a very faint line. But I'm just wondering if sperm can affect it at all as I had sex last night.

Photo is of period and the hearts are days we had unprotected sex. Hence we I am unsure either as I'm pretty sure it was my period the other week. (Red blood and decent amount)

But I am feeling nauseas, loose stools for the last week

Results showed up within the time frame

No idea how far along I'd actually be as the "period" throws me off..
