I have a very strange question. Does anyone else get really unwell before their period? Headaches nausea cramps extreme tiredness? The last four months every time my period is due I get all those above symptoms four days before my period. I’m just throwing this question out to see if this is a normal thing or there is something going on? The headaches are driving me nuts! I use to get a headache the day before with cramps but now it’s 4 days before I’m generally sick.
