Questions for OBGYN at Yearly?

Hannah • 🤍🤍👼🏻🤍🌈🤍🤍🤍 PCOS Mama of 8

I've had two chemicals previously at 4 and 5 weeks, then a missed miscarriage at 8 weeks, and another chemical at 4 weeks before conceiving our rainbow baby. She just turned 14 months old, and last month we had another chemical pregnancy at 4 weeks. I'm heartbroken. The only reason I was able to carry to term last time was because I had progesterone suppositories. I don't know what to do. I have my yearly coming up tomorrow, should I talk to my OB/GYN? Previously they have only acknowledged my pregnancy losses at 5 and 8 weeks and wouldn't listen to me when I tried to tell them about the others. I'm worried they won't listen if I try to tell them again. I've also always had issues with my cycle being extremely heavy, painful, and irregular up until I gave birth to my daughter, and I want to have these issues addressed, but I've been dismissed in the past by a different doctor. All around nervous to even ask questions in fear of being written off like I have been in the past
