How long after Af ends should I start testing OPKS ? my cycle is about 29 daya

If using the first time I would soon after period. I usually start cycle day 7/8 because I sometimes ovulate early like cd 10-11. But if you know you don’t get a peak that early, most people won’t start tracking until cd 10-12.
