Baby shower gift??

I had my baby shower early march if this year for things for the new baby(last baby). We had her prematurely beginning of may. She is now out gown the bassinet that was bought for us and now im having a hard time, do you sell the items that were bought for you at your baby shower if you no longer need them?? Or is that rude??
