Fixing to remove red meat and salt from my diet
I don't eat red meat often and I know it's not healthy for me. I'm cutting back on the pork as well as lunch meats I usually put on my sandwiches as they're full of sodium and sodium is salt. You know what salt does to the human body, it causes swelling. I want to eat healthy instead of prepackaged food. Let me be honest with you guys, red meat is fattening even hamburgers.
