Have your kids ever gotten flu a twice within a month? 
My son tested positive for flu a mid October. This weekend (all weekend) he played with another kid that now has flu a. Can he get it again?

He can get it again (low chance, but possible). However, it is unlikely that the testing would be reliable depending on the test, because some of the tests can be positive for 4-6 weeks after first testing positive.
