Is it true that having sex helps you dilate? I’m 39 weeks 2 days I’m scheduled to get induced on my due date the 28 but I really wanted her to come naturally I’m still only 1cm and my dr said it’s a (tight one) I don’t want to get induced but I feel like I’m not progressing bc I’m not dilating anymore I’ve been 1cm since 37 weeks. I walk, I jump on the trampoline, I curb walk, and I ate some pineapples! Im just extremely anxious and excited!! Should I wait til she comes and cancel the induction date?? It’s my first time being pregnant.
