Blankets in the crib?

Question

So my babe is turning ONE on Saturday! 
I was curious what you moms have done for your little ones crib layout? When did you add a blanket? Do you still zip them up in a sleep sack if you put a blanket on them?
Opinions on pros and cons as well!

My daughter is almost 2 and we still just do a sleep sack, no blankets or pillows.

I put her in a sleep sack with no blankets until she refused to wear one. It was towards her second birthday.

My daughter is 2 and uses a blanket. I’m pregnant now and with new baby I plan on sleep sacks.

Mine is 2.5 years and we use a 1.0 tog sleep sack. No blanket or pillow, just a stuffed animal. We got it from Kyte Baby. I’ve had it since she was less than a year old and it’s held up very well. We are currently using the medium size but the large fits 28-42 lbs and 33-40in for height. She sleeps great so we see no need to change things.

15 months and we just use a sleep sack but I did add a small stuffy that she will cuddle with. I don’t plan on a blanket until she moves out of her crib around 2-2 1/2

I had my daughter in a sleep sack until she was almost 2.  I was too paranoid to give a blanket. But Now, being almost 3, she gets a blanket and pillow but she’s in a toddler bed.

My son is 26 months old, and still sleeps in his sleep sack. Added a baby pillow a month ago.

I added a blanket at 11 months? It started off with strictly nap times and seeing how she moves around with it and what not. Then I'd give it to her in the nights and since I slept late anyways I could watch over her and would wake up here and there to check her. Now she is shy if being a year and a half and when she wants it she'll reach for it and if she doesn't she moves it out if her way. 
I know sleep is unpredictable and some people would not agree with me but this is what's working for her. I tried so hard to find a weighted sleep sack that my mum bought for her from London (I live in the states now literally lost sleep some nights googling and days at the stores) but no luck at alllll.
