Is FRER not as good as they once were?

This pic was taken just now this morning with FMU. I am 10dpo. Yesterday I got a vfl with the easy@home brand (top test) and got excited so i tested with a FRER. Negative. I did the same this morning (picture below).

I don’t know if it’s just me, but this will be my fourth kid, and for all my previous pregnancies I tested at 8dpo and gotten a positive on both cheapies and FRER. Are they not as good anymore?

Dare I say I will be using blue dye test going forward!
