Anyone else have pregnancy symptoms like 1-2 weeks after conception?

Trying for baby no 2. I wanted to fall pregnant this month so the timings would be perfect. Knew this was unrealistic but hey ho. Worth a shot. We only had sex maybe 4 times during glows predicted ovulation. Iv had pink spotting, cramps and today breast aching. Surely it’s not this quick? 
I’m due to come on in 6 days. I’m usually bang on 30 days every month x

I’m currently also trying for baby 2 and started this month. And I’m having the same feelings that you have. Also my breast have become a little bit bigger noticed it when I put on my bra. So I think maybe it is possible but it could also just be in our heads 😅 guess we will just have to take the test to be sure.

With my first I had pelvic pain (felt like in my hips) at 5dpo, and then by 7dpo I had nausea and would wake up dry retching until I ate. I got a BFP 11dpo. I know people say you can’t have symptoms early but I defs did the second I was pregnant 😅
