I have had ringing in my ears slight headache and vertigo for maybe a week now. I'm going to get a hearing test done soon when the doc comes back from break. But I have bad anxiety and it gets to me sometimes. I got blood work done and everything came back normal besides my low vitamin D and slightly high cholesterol. Has anyone else dealt with this I also grind and clench my teeth. I just want to feel normal again. It makes me feel like I'm losing control and my anxiety gets bad. Someone please help!
