My son is 4 years old and in august I found out that he took a shower with his grandfather (Dad’s side) (both fully nude) when I asked his grandmother about it she apologized and said it was innocent. I was still super weirded out and uncomfortable about it so I tried to give them another chance saying no more showers.

Last week I walked in on my 4 year old doing sexual acts with my 2 year old son and I was in shock. I asked him if he had ever seen something like this or anyone ever did that to him and he said “no I promise” and I responded with “why do you promise? It’s just a question honey” and he said “I promise because I have to” that rang alarm bells in my head and I just immediately knew something happened… I asked him where this happened and he said “at school” I asked him if it was a little boy or a little girl and he said a boy and I asked him if it was an adult and he said yes. He also referred to this individual as his special friend. I called his school the next day and his teacher said there’s no way anything could happen at school because the children are never alone. The principal reported it to cps but got the report wrong saying my son was playing with himself and that he had a special friend and that was what the report said. So of course cps wouldn’t take the case. I myself made another report because I’m his mother and I witnessed this incident and no more than 2 hours later cps was at my door and taking this case very seriously. I’m sick about all this. I have a strong intuition and gut feeling his dad’s sides grandpa is abusing him sexually… any thoughts about this or opinions would be great. I’m beside myself while this investigation is going on. I’ve expressed my concerns to cps about being really suspicious and weirded out by the grandpa he would also tickle my son and while my son would scream for him to stop. He has no boundaries. My son won’t give us a name.
