Yesterday I got what I thought was implantation bleeding, it was light pink with cm

I woke up today to find a big splotch of red and although its’s been dying down since I woke up, I’m still worried.

I’ve had so many symptoms and was really thinking this could be the month, but now I’m feeling kinda depressed thinking I’ve either lost an early pregnancy or am now dealing with an irregular cycle, since I have another week until I’m due for af.

Anyone have experiences or anything to share?
