Im in a long distance relationship with my boyfriend. Weve been together for 10 months. As he is working full time, and i am working and studying, sometimes we dont get much time together. So when either of us gets a free day, i see it as a chance to catch up with him and make up for the time we couldnt really talk. Apparently so does he, which is hard to believe. As time goes by, the free days he gets turned into the same routine we have when he is working - which is barely any messages during the day and a call at night. Yesterday he told me he has a free day today but wont have time for me. That is something i absolutely cant understand. Its almost 8 pm here and i got 2 messages from him. He said he needs to do groceries, feed cats, clean the apartment... so he wont have time for me probably. It makes me really sad and upset because i just cant understand how can you have a free day and no time for your partner. Am i being weird for being upset that i only got 2 messages on his free day?
