So I have been working at my job for 5 months. It’s not hard and I answer calls all day while working remotely at home. However, I’ve had 3 different managers since I’ve been on the actual phones. My most recent manager refuses to communicate with me. I’ve messaged him by email, by teams, by text message and I’ve called him. He either never responds or he will days later.

This most recent time I messaged him on teams (it’s already been over 24 hours) because they failed one of my entire calls because I didn’t repeat back a policy number. Which is entirely stupid along with it’s not stated anywhere that you will fail a call for not repeating a policy number when the call you get coming in is already validated and verified.

I’ve mentioned to him before in prior meetings that it looks unprofessional to not be in contact with me on anything and it makes it hard to do my job with certain aspects of things. He said he knows and will “work on it”. He said that while laughing. The very first meeting we had and the first time I’d ever talked to this man, he told me he wished I wasn’t on his team. I’ve discussed with him other needs and that I want to move up - I want to work towards a different position and what all I need to improve on towards that goal. Never get a response or he gives me some generalized BS.

I’m seriously contemplating looking for something different because I can’t take having him as a manager. I’ve literally had managers that were gave a how to be nice book for Christmas and they were better managers then this guy. I just am at a loss here and with my 15 month old and pregnant again.. idk what to do.
