Hcg more than doubling but suspicious cyst..

I have an ectopic 2 years ago and I’m pregnant again about 4 weeks I was having some pain in the right side like where my ovary is and the doctor said I have a paraovarian hypoechic cystic structure between my uterus and ovary? So near my ovary? My last ectopic my hcg didn’t double so now I’m confused and sad anyone have a similar story and everything was fine?
