Low heart rate
So pretty much everyday my heart rate is in the 50s and even the 40s. So I’m thinking I have bradycardia. I’m not super fit or an athlete and only exercise like twice a week at home. Most of it is when I’m sleeping or laying down. Occasionally I could be standing up. I do get episodes where I get this weird, kinda warm dull feeling in my chest, and my head will feel weird, kind of foggy. I also gets bouts of dizziness. But I have terrible anxiety, especially about my health. I did have a sleep study done months back. At home showed abnormalities but the overnight at the center did not show sleep apnea. They just said it showed some abnormalities but not enough to say it’s sleep apnea. I do not sleep well at night, constantly wake up and have a hard time falling asleep. Tired a lot. Any way I’ve gone a bit off topic and I do plan on seeing a cardiologist when I can get in, my dr gave me a referral. So it’s just the waiting game. Anyone with experience or knowledge well appreciated,
