Hello mommies . I could use some additional feedback regarding birth control and/or family planning options . So i exclusively breastfeed and am really trying to avoid birth control due to side effects on me and possibly the decrease in breast milk supply . What are some birth controls that will not reduce breast milk supply for those who are on birth control and not horrible side effects ? I hate both the depo and mirena 😣😣. Tubes getting tied may be the go to but last resort because I may want one more child further down the road.
