Could you please share your routines :)

Im currently breastfeeding baby who has four teeth coming through and is causing blebs and sores on my nipples. She eats solids to just eats with us. Seems like I'm constantly breastfeeding too, she is thriving and healthy so no concerns regards to BM production 😕 she is clingy needy wants picking up all the time by me. I really need a break.

I would like a routine as I'm due to go back to work in January and would like to ease her into a routine now and to try and settle her and have a more enjoyable end to my maternity leave.

I have tried pumping but not much joy in my output.

Please share any tips please.
