Feeling strange

I got my usual period then bled on the 18th not much. But it was there and today I am heavily bleeding. I fell downstairs on Sunday fractured my tailbone. Does anyone think there could be any chance I was pregnant I'm in excruciating pain. both tests I did last week where negative .
