Please help glow mommies

My toddler has had a bad cough and 2 days ago the hospital told me his lungs were clear that the cough was due to post nasal drip. Today he drank a bit of a cherry slush that was a lot more pink than even red. And right now he threw up phlegm and it looks like this. Please help. I’m unsure if this might be blood 🩸
