If babes had a fever recently it’s from that.

New soap, new laundry detergent, perfume, new lotion…

I agree with heat rash. Their pores get clogged if they are too warm. ￼My daughter was born in winter, and my apartment was always cold because it’s drafty. But she ran so hot that if I had her sleep with too many clothes on, she would get heat rash. Anytime she wore a fleece onesie, she got heat rash. So when this happens, feel their belly, and if it feels hot, you need to cool them down. You want to take her clothes off and wipe her down with a cool washcloth to get the skin cleaned off. No lotions at all after that! Let it start clearing up for a few days, an￼d then you can start putting some Cortizone cream on it. If the rash has been there for a while, sane thing… just keep her skin clean and lotion free until it starts going away, then cortizone.
