4 week post partum today, I had a 2nd degree tear and omg I’m so itchy idk what else to do for relief I showered I literally have witch hazel wipes up there I have the spray stuff. I don’t get why I mso itchy I keep rubbing down there but hoping I’m not irriating it more but man it itches so freaking bad.. times where the itchiness will go away for a few hours then comes back. It’s just on and off.
