Possible implantation pain
Has anyone ever felt sharp pains in their lower abdomen and it ended up being implantation? At around 7dpo I was driving home and I felt really sharp pains out of nowhere in my lower abdomen towards the middle that came and went for about a minute and then stopped and then the next day I had a dull cramp when I used the bathroom once and then it never happened again.
