I’ve been pregnant 11 times and never had this symptom before. Sadly all my previous pregnancies ended within the first trimester

I’ve had sore/tender/heavy/swollen breasts but never had any issues with my nipples

This time I’m not feeling any difference in my breasts but my nipples are SO SORE. I’m in pain all day. My bra hurts laying against them all day, and I wear the most comfy “seamless” bralettes. Like the absolute softest bra you could find lol

If I go braless, the feeling of my shirt grazing across my nipples is actually unbearable.

I’ve looked up on google to see if this is normal but every search result comes back about breast tenderness or heaviness and doesn’t mention nipple sensitivity or pain.

Anyone ever had this as a symptom?
