The nausea, hunger, and weight… bleh
Ugh I’m feeling the nausea finally at 6 weeks. Last pregnancy I was pretty nausea free but today I was feeling it rough. It’s like I alternate between extreme hunger and nausea. I haven’t lost about 10lbs of pregnancy weight from my 2 year old so I’m already starting this pregnancy a little overweight. I really want to watch my weight gain but I am feeling so hungry and I’ve heard that eating helps with nausea (and I can see it) but I feel like I constantly need to eat and I really don’t want to. Plus I feel like carbs are what my body wants and I don’t want to eat too much this early in my pregnancy. Any tips you all have about managing the nausea and not gaining too much weight too fast?
