Cyst question

So earlier today I felt a lot of burning in my right ovary area and later when I went to take a shower there was a small amount of blood down there. I googled and that can be a sign of the cyst leaking

I have tested negative multiple times over the past 2-3 weeks so there’s no way I could be pregnant right? Is this a sign of ovulation? I haven’t had sex since so I still can’t get pregnant from 10/21 still right? It would already be showing up? The last test I took was Tuesday and it was negative
