i have the WORST pain from my vagina all the way up my perineum, with 10+ sores that the doctors think is my first herpes outbreak (i’m still waiting on the swab tests to come back.) it hurts to sit, stand, walk, or lay down, the only relief i get is in a warm bath if i don’t move around too fast.

i was prescribed a pain pill for a few nights of being on my antiviral medication, but it didn’t do anything for my pain. is there anything else i can be doing for relief?

ESPECIALLY while peeing, i have a sore almost directly where my urethra is and all around it, so it hurts very bad to pee. i’ve tried standing up so it’s not angled backwards, and peeing in the shower, but it’s still so bad that i cry. would peeing sitting in a tub of water be okay if i wash everything off properly in a shower afterwards?
