Workout causing uterus pain?

Hey! 2nd pregnancy here, I have always been pretty active, military and gym workouts at least 4 times a week. I stopped for awhile when I found out I was pregnant cause I’ve felt awful this go around! Started eating like crazy and gained about 12 Lbs!

I started back up about a week ago, did some light core workouts, and avoided any that were severely dangerous. Now every time I sit up from a leaning back position I get sharp stabbing pains in my uterus area, not like a sore muscle pain, but like a lightning bolt shooting across where baby is, bad enough to cause me to fall forward. Has anyone experienced anything like this? Im hoping it is from my ligaments and my body stretching, but I’m curious if any other mommas have felt this after workouts during pregnancy ?

( ps I have an appointment at the end of this week I am just curious if any other moms have felt this or if I’m crazy, this pregnancy has been completely different from the first )
