Please help me understand what I don't you guys. When I was about 7 years old and my brother was about 14 my brother was accused of Raping her. She was about 5. The story went like this: my uncle was told from his wife who's daughter (who also accused him of inappropriately touching her) that my brother touched my cousin. My uncle went into a rage and rightfully so. My uncle came to our house and told my mother what was said. My mother damn there beat my brother. Afterwards, my uncle pressed charges against him. My brother went downtown and my cousin was seen in the hospital. According to what the family said, there was not any evidence found that my cousin had been penetrated by anything or ever touched. They also examined my brother and learned during this time he was still a virgin. Well later my grandmother said that my uncle and wife were discussing it with the girls who accused my brother which was the step cousin and the biological cousin and the girl stated that he never actually touched my cousin and that she said it to get back at my brother since he wouldn't have sex with her! Well as the years passed by, my cousin has always stated that my brother did in fact Raped her. When she stated what happened she said that he penetrated her and that it happened in our home, in the same room as we slept. She said also that he wiped her down gave her candy and told her not to speak on it. But, just last year she told her own dad that she was still currently a virgin, then about a month later she comes up pregnant. Now this year (2022) she mentioned it again. She said that my brother raped her and that's why she never talks to him.i asked him to apologize to her which he did. He admitted that at 14 he saw her private part and if that wasn't bad enough he hated that he was always accused of Raping her when he never did. He apologized to her and was scorned by me as his sister. But, I'm struggling to understand this story.... How can one be a virgin and be Raped too? Because she herself told her own father that she never had sex even though for 13 years she was a lesbian! I'm lost you guys! A virgin but raped. A virgin but a lesbian. A virgin but pregnant?????? wtf. Even had he broken her hymen during a Rape wouldn't that mean that she's technically no longer a virgin? Or did I misunderstand this process? Please help me!!!!!!!!!!! I want to ask her man so bad like did you have to break her virginity to get it in and make that baby but that's beyond inappropriate and not my business but I just hate lies and I want this shit to be put to bed.
