I need advice on what should be done or if anyone else is like this. My fiancé is a night owl from his insomnia. I hate that I’m like this, but I can’t sleep peacefully unless he goes to sleep. Is anyone else like this? It’s really annoying. I’m an extremely light sleeper so the slightest of noise and I’m awake unless it’s the tv. He gets annoyed with me because at a certain point I’ll ask if he’s going to sleep and his response is either don’t worry about me or he’ll tell me yea soon and still be up almost all night. It’s killing me. I wake up exhausted. Doesn’t help we have 2 kids that’s 7 and 5 that I get ready for school. I need advice.
