Is this wrong

I had my work dinner which my partner came to and at some point we’re standing around this guy “Andrew” who my sister and best friend (all of us work for the same company) and I get along well with and so I introduce the two and they shake hands. My partner is a pretty good conversationalist and I’ve not seen Andrew have trouble holding a conversation but he gave him nothing so that was that.

Then later on, my partner and I are standing over near the bar with a few other people when I feel someone rush up behind me and grab me by my waist to scare me. I look, and it’s Andrew. It wasn’t fingers poking my waist like people do, it’s hands on my waist and the biggest thing is it was under my jacket that is a task on its own to get under being it hangs below my hips (see pic) - my partner was a little taken aback and went for a walk.

Incase Andrew brings it up I just want some assurance that we’re not in being dramatic by finding this to be a little wrong considering there was no conversation between the two. My partner also said as well that his handshake was quite weak (which is a thing to a guy sometimes) and he said he saw him looking me up and down all night so the three together just baffled him, but he out it behind him and we only talked about it when we left
