Weight Loss - Promise not soliciting
This may be the first time I have ever posted, but I thought if I could help just one postpartum Mom still trying to lose the baby weight, I’ve done something good. This June group is my second baby (twins actually). My first was born in 2016. Between the 2 pregnancies and after this one, I tried like literally every fad diet and major exercise (shakes, fasts, juice cleanses, etc.). I work out 4 times a week and there was no weight loss. 3 months ago I started a low carb/low calorie diet (50-100gs a day-so not Keto). With the same amount of exercise I’ve lost 15 pounds, with 16 to lose. It’s like miraculous, I finally feel like my old self. I hope this helps someone 😊
