Going to post this as anonymous because it’s embarrassing and I could be totally wrong! So the other night I had a dream about sex and I actually orgasmed in my sleep. (I haven’t had real sex in weeks) the next morning I see a little spotting when I wiped after I peed. It stopped after the first time and it’s now brown. Could my x-rated dream have something do to with my random spotting? I am 11 weeks and this is the first time I spotted (besides sex at like 5 weeks). I have an appt with a doctor tomorrow to make sure everything is ok. BUT IS THIS POSSIBLE? 😫 TIA.
