Just want to know how common this is or is not. Does anyone else pee when they sneeze/laugh etc??

I am overweight and i sit at a desk all day (not sure if that makes a difference) but I am 33.

This has been happening for at least 1.5 years. It’s not an everyday thing. At my annual with my Obgyn today, she told me it is very common but with women who are a bit older and/or have had kids. I don’t have kids.

She wouldn’t expect me to have this issue at my age but wants me to go to a Urologist just to make sure everything is okay down there. I have terrible anxiety so I need to hear thoughts 😭🙏🏻
