2 embryos (5dt) has transferred. 1 took and had a miscarriage at 7 weeks the week before Thanksgiving.

I had a bloodwork and ultrasound today. Even I didn't use any medication, I have 4 follicles now. My nurse also suprised. I was making 3-4 follicles with Clomid 100 mg+ Gonal F 125 iu before.

Is it normal? They asked if I use any other meds. I only changed my Cq 10 and started taking 2 mg Melatonin a week ago. I don't know if they make any difference.

DR wanted me to come on Wednesday again. If I have 2 big follicles, he plans to do an egg retrival.

I just want to ask if anyone had any experience like that. No meds, after a miscarriage 4 follicles?

I just want to believe maybe this is going to be better. I'm 41 and I know natural cycyle (no meds, injections) has a good chance on egg quality after 40.

Any experience?
