DHA supplement question
Alright mommas. Thave a vitamin question. I currently take 2, 28 mg Iron supplements (for anemia) that also has vitamin c, b6, b12, and folate (400 mcg) in it. I take 400 mg of magnesium glycinate and 400 mg of riboflavin a day to combat migraines. I read online that with being pregnant I should also take a DHA supplement. I found one that has 400 mg of DHA, 90 mg of DPa and 570 mg of purealgalomega3. Is this something I should take? Iam not wanting to switch to a prenatal vitamin bc what I am already taking works for my anemia and migraines so I want to stick with what's working. I attached pictures of the DHA supplement I was going to order.
