Newly diagnosed, looking for tips
After fighting for answers for almost 10 years, I’ve finally been diagnosed with PCOS.
I recently got out of a long term relationship, and one of our issues was our sex life. I was never aroused, never really wanted it much, and couldn’t find an explanation as to why. He felt that I was no longer attracted to him and felt I didn’t love him, neither of those were the case. All I could say was “I don’t know why I feel this way”
With that being said, does anyone have any meal ideas or meal plans to help with pcos symptoms? I’m at the “pre diabetes” level, overweight, don’t exercise, and don’t eat right. I want to heal my body, and my sex life, and I think a diet change and exercise routine is a good start.
Also does anyone have any tips for getting in the mood?
