Did you have a membrane sweep? How soon did this work?

I’m due to have a membrane sweep when I’m 40 weeks, 2 days and wondering how soon it might work if at all.

Mine didn’t work, went into labour on my own a week later at 39+1. My midwife told me if nothing happens within 48 hours it hasn’t worked x

I had mine at 10:30 am and labor started same day by 8pm. Ended up admitted by 10:30pm. After my sweep, I bounced on a yoga ball all day and did some curb walking in the afternoon.

I have one done left the office and by the time I reached the bus stop I was in labor once I got home I did make it up the stairs I had to call the ambulance and had him like a hour later

I had one at 37 and 5, lost my globs of mucus even with some pink tinge (bloody show?) no labor, had another at 38 and some, nothing. More mucus. Was induced by choice at 39.

I had one at 39+2 around 1:00pm, mild contractions started at like 5:30pm and my water broke an hour later.

I have had a sweep done for each of my 3 pregnancies. First 2 time I was 40+3 had the sweep done in the morning & that night went into labor. Third time having it done I was 39 weeks & it did not work and was induced a couple days later. She was not ready to come out.
