Iron deficiency
Does anyone get cold feelings in there arms or head slightly I’m not sure if it’s jsut anxiety or not or because I’m low on iron and take iron tablets or like heavy arms and aches and stuff help pleaseeee and doctors on here the doctors where I live give no advice whatsoever it’s stressful
