I had light bleeding with clots for 3 days I took a pregnancy test because I thought why not and it came back faint positive (you don’t have to look at the test closely to see the line)

Could I have had a miscarriage 🤷🏽‍♀️

I confirmed ovulation with opk and i had ovulation spotting at 2 dpo then I spotted again light pink at 7 dpo not sure if anyone had a similar problem or situation and what was the outcome?
