Breastfeeding while Working

Hello! I am 33 weeks pregnant, and I’m planning on breastfeeding our baby boy. I have taken an online course as well as purchased a couple books. I have a pretty good understanding so far and I’m feeling confident. However, I only have a 16 week maternity. So I will have to go back to work full time after that. While the course I took goes over pumping briefly in, it doesn’t provide scenarios of going back to work.

After the first few weeks of exclusively breastfeeding, how would I start building a freezer supply for baby, without creating an over supply?

Also I’m only provided with a 30 minute pumping break and a 45 minute lunch per day. Considering that I may not be able to pump every 3 hours, how would I continue to pump for baby, without affecting my supply?

If in a similar situation, could you give an example of what your day looks like with latching and pumping for baby while working? 😊
