How to stop using the swaddle
Hello Mommies
My baby is almost 4 months old but she still cannot sleep without the swaddle and I know she needs to in case she starts rolling..
But everytime I try to let her sleep without it she keeps rubbing her face and eyes and of course hitting the pacifier in the way so it falls and she can’t sleep again till her hands are tied in the swaddle…
In one had the same problem and found a way to solve it please I am so desperate 🥲🥲
